For Counselling and Psychotherapy
Supervision
Supervision is a space to slow down and reflect on the work in a thoughtful and supportive way. It offers time to step back from the immediacy of sessions and gently explore what is unfolding between therapist and client.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I see supervision as a collaborative and creative process. Together, we can draw on different ways of understanding, allowing space for curiosity, uncertainty, and new perspectives. It’s a place to think about clinical work, but also to notice what you bring into the room and how it impacts the relationship unfolding between you and your client and, in turn, the relationship unfolding between you and I.
I aim to offer a supervision space that feels safe, open, and respectful, where you can speak honestly about both the challenges and the rewards of the work. Alongside supporting ethical and effective practice, supervision can also be a place for ongoing personal and professional growth.
